We curate coffee beans from all around Indonesia, with these standards:

Then, we sort the coffee and categorise it into grades (1, 2, 3, and pixel).

Then we collaborate in improving their farming and post harvest processes.

Secondly, we invest in storage and sorting facilities to further increase the quality.

By doing so, we are not only maintaining the quality but also creating improvements.

Strong enough to hold 60kg of coffee beans without getting torn apart.

If you are not 100% happy with what we deliver, kindly let us know.
We are 100% responsible for any manufacturing defects: wrong delivery, too many defects than promised, and unsealed coffee packaging. We will quickly assess and gladly refund OR resend your coffee without any charge, with requirements below:

• Provide us with unboxing videos / pictures with clear focus on the defects within 24 hours after you receive your order
• Send us your payment and purchase receipt
• Deliver the defect back to us (we’ll cover the cost)

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery service.

Our coffee beans are best to be stored at room temperature, dry condition, and kept away from sunlight.
