FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the work and the way a request moves. The service pages carry the longer explanation.

What services can be requested?

Installation, repair, maintenance, replacement, a seasonal tune-up, emergency diagnostics, and commercial comfort cooling for smaller spaces. The overview is on the services page.

How do I start?

Use the request form. Include the property, the type of system, and what it is doing. Choose the closest service if you know it.

Does a submitted form reserve a visit?

No. It asks for a reply. The reply confirms whether a visit can be arranged. Until that happens, nothing is scheduled and nothing has a price.

Why are there no prices?

Installation, repair, replacement, and tune-up costs depend on the equipment, access, and the scope. A number is given for a defined scope, not printed in advance as if every house were the same.

What is the difference between maintenance and a tune-up?

Maintenance is planned care across the season. A tune-up is one check of performance and condition. See AC maintenance and AC tune-up.

What if the system is not cooling at all?

Read the notes on AC repair. If the failure is urgent, use emergency AC repair and follow the safety steps, especially if you smell burning or see water near electrical equipment.

Do you promise 24-hour or same-day service?

No. Those phrases appear in searches. This site does not. Timing is part of the reply to a request, and it can also be a decline when a visit cannot be arranged.

Which Florida cities are covered?

The form asks for a city or ZIP code so the reply can say whether a visit can be arranged there. A page about Florida’s climate is not a promise that every county is covered.

Are you licensed?

This website does not display a license number. These pages are not proof of licensure.

Are the photographs your projects?

No. They illustrate houses, rooms, and equipment. Equipment photos include the photographer credit required by their licenses.

What happens to the information I type?

It is used to review and answer the request. The Privacy Policy describes the categories, the form handler, and how to ask a privacy question.

Can I request service for a large or specialized building?

The commercial page is limited to ordinary comfort cooling in offices and small commercial spaces. Specialized or industrial systems should be described honestly so the request can be declined when it is outside scope.

If your question is about a real system, send the details.

The form is a better place than a general answer once the equipment and the symptom are specific.
