Cobeana Climate is the name on this website. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form. Start the message with “privacy request.” The office address and phone number are on the contact page. The office address is not a walk-in reception desk.
Information the site collects
If you use the service form, you provide your name, phone number, city or ZIP code, and the service you select. Email and the message are optional. You also confirm that you agree to this notice. The form sends a security token and a submission reference that the server created for that attempt. The city or ZIP code is used to discuss the property location. It is not checked against a coverage directory on this website.
The server stores, for a short time, a hash of the network address used to submit the form. The hash is used to limit repeated submissions. The raw address is not written into the rate-limit file. The host that serves the website may keep its own server logs, which can include an address, a browser type, and the time of a request. Those logs are controlled by the host, not by a script in this project.
The site does not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers, or precise location from your device.
Why the information is used
The form fields are used to read the request, reply to it, and decide whether a visit can be discussed. A reply uses the phone number. Email is optional; it is used as well only when you provide a valid address. The token and the rate limit are used to reduce automated abuse. Server logs, if the host keeps them, are used for security and troubleshooting.
The information is not sold. It is not used for advertising profiles. No advertising tag is installed. The browser can keep a local note when a request is accepted or a phone link is clicked. That note is not sent to an analytics service, and it does not include the name, email, phone number, message, or city or ZIP code typed into the form.
The contact form
The form is a page on this site. Your browser asks this server for a token, then posts the fields to a PHP script on the same server. The script checks the token, the fields, and the rate limit.
When mail delivery is configured, the script hands the message to the server’s mail function. A success message means that function accepted the message. It does not mean the recipient has opened it. The message includes the fields you typed, a submission reference, and the time it was received. It does not include a copy of the rate-limit hash. If delivery is not configured, or the mail function does not accept the message, the script refuses the request and does not report success.
An optional inbox mode can store the same fields as a file on the server instead of emailing them. That mode is off unless the owner turns it on in the server configuration. It is meant for a controlled test, not as a silent backup.
Services involved
The pages, fonts, and photographs are hosted with the website. Fonts are files on this server, not a request to a font service. Photographs are stored on this server. The form depends on PHP and, when email delivery is turned on, on the host’s mail system. No advertising network, tag manager, or analytics service is installed.
Cookies
The pages and scripts in this project do not set cookies. The form token is kept in a hidden field and in a file on the server, not in a cookie. Details are in the Cookie Policy. If optional analytics are added later, this notice and the cookie notice have to be updated first, and a consent choice has to be added before those cookies run.
Who else may receive information
The configured recipient of the form email receives the contents of the request. That may be the business owner or a person they designate. The message passes through the host’s mail system. A company that hosts the website can access server files and logs as part of providing hosting. No other category of contractor is used for advertising or analytics, because those tools are not in use.
How long information is kept
Security tokens are deleted when a submission is accepted for processing, or after about two hours if they are unused. A failed field check does not use up the token. Rate-limit records are pruned to roughly the last hour. Email that the mail system accepts is kept according to the mailbox settings of the recipient, for as long as needed to respond to the request and to meet any record that must be held. Inbox files, if that test mode is on, stay until they are deleted. Host logs follow the host’s schedule.
Your requests
You may ask what request information is held, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion when keeping it is not required for a legal reason or for finishing a conversation you started. Email [email protected] or use the contact form, and begin the message with “privacy request.” Include the email address you used on the original form if you provided one. This page cannot promise a statutory deadline.
Children
The site is written for adults arranging service at a property. It is not directed to children, and the form should not be used to send information about a child.
Changes
If the form, the mail setup, or the tools on the site change, this page should be updated to match. The date below is the date of this version.
