The purpose of the site
The site explains air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, replacement, tune-ups, urgent diagnostic requests, and limited commercial comfort cooling, written for Florida conditions, under the name Cobeana Climate.
Sending a request
The contact form lets you ask for a reply by phone, or also by email if you provide one. Submitting it does not create a contract, does not reserve a technician, does not set a price, and does not guarantee that anyone is available. A confirmation on the screen means the server accepted the message for delivery or local test storage. If email is in use, that acceptance means the server’s mail function took the message. It does not mean the recipient has opened it, and it does not mean the work has been approved.
You agree to provide information that is accurate enough to understand the request, and not to use the form to send malware, advertisements, or messages that have nothing to do with air conditioning service. The server may reject submissions that fail the security checks.
How work is agreed
If a reply offers a visit or a scope of work, that offer is separate from these website terms. The scope, the price, the timing, and any warranty language have to be stated for that job. Cost depends on the equipment, access, parts, and the work required. Nothing on the service pages is a quotation. Timing depends on scheduling and is not a same-day or round-the-clock promise.
Diagnostic findings can recommend repair, replacement, maintenance, or no work. You are not obliged to approve the recommendation. Work beyond the agreed scope needs a further agreement.
Licensing and authority
Much of the installation, replacement, and repair described on the site is regulated in Florida. This site does not display a license number. Do not treat these pages as proof of licensure. Permits, when a job requires them, are part of that job.
Website content
The articles are general information about comfort cooling. They are not an instruction to repair electrical or refrigerant components yourself, and they are not advice for a specific building until someone has looked at that building. Photographs illustrate the subject. They are not a portfolio of completed jobs. Equipment photographs remain under the licenses named in their captions.
The site is provided as it stands. It may be updated, interrupted for hosting work, or taken offline. There is no promise that every browser or every future change will be free of error.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the operator of the website is not liable for decisions you make solely from these pages, for delays caused by hosting or email delivery, or for losses that were not a direct result of using the site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for conduct the law does not allow a website notice to waive. A service contract, once one exists, is the place where responsibility for the work itself is defined.
Governing law
Questions about the website can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form. The office address is on the contact page. A service agreement for a job, once one exists, is the place where the parties to that job are named.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The version date below changes when that happens. Continued use of the site after the new date is use of the updated terms. A service agreement that was already accepted is not rewritten by a website edit.
